About
Josh holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and works with adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of challenges—stress, relationship issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and spiritual matters.
Josh believes that everyone has a story, and at some point, we all find ourselves in a situation that challenges who we are, shakes what we believe, or forces us to confront what we've been avoiding. He takes an individualized approach, drawing from various modalities to help you make sense of your trials and unpack the circumstances that led you here. Collaboratively, he’ll help you navigate a path forward. He combines deep empathy with gentle encouragement, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can wrestle with what’s holding you back.
Change can feel daunting—maybe even out of reach—but staying stuck is just as hard. No matter where you find yourself and no matter the circumstances that brought you here, Josh is ready to listen, stand with you, and equip you with practical tools to help you return to the life you desire.
