I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Board-Certified Counselor, licensed in Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and North Dakota. I exclusively offer remote therapy sessions, providing flexible access to support from the comfort of your own home. I hold a Masters of Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and have experience working with a variety of populations, including individual, couples, and group counseling.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing personality, trauma and mood disorders, offering compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each person's unique story. I believe that healing begins in a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults as they navigate life transitions—whether that’s starting high school or college, building independence, managing changing friendships, or exploring purpose. These years can feel overwhelming, and I strive to help clients build resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy coping strategies.

I also work closely with adults who are navigating relationship challenges, parenting stress, and fears that may be holding them back from living fully. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of her professional life, Kristie is married and a mom to five kids. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, cooking, watching sports, and spending quality time with friends and family. #RCJH
