Susan Harberts

About

Susan is married to her husband Philip and they have 2 children – Landon, 11 and Thomas, 3. Susan and her family enjoy Legos! You’ll see many Lego creations sitting atop her desk when you walk into the Cedar Falls office. One desire of Susan’s heart is to help people feel welcomed and wanted when coming into the Counseling Center. Being a part of the team here at Candeo Counseling Center has been such an uplifting experience for her. Even though Susan doesn’t have any fancy letters behind her name, here are some facts about her:

1. Narwhals are her favorite animal.
2. Any hour is a good hour to put Legos together.
3. She believes laughter is the best medicine.
4. Psalm 27:1 is her favorite Bible verse: “The Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
5. She loves spicy food – the hotter the better!
